7:00 PM – Guest reception
- Welcome drink accompanied by a string quartet
8:00 PM – Traditional Viennese Opening Ceremony
- Opening polonaise by the debutantes and débutants, choreographed by Michael Kropf with pedagogical support from Barbara Droz
- Opening speech
- Musical setting: Ballhaus Orchester Wien
- Performance by Nadia Krasteva, mezzo-soprano, and Europaballett Sankt Pölten
From 9:00 PM
- Bar at the main entrance and cocktail dinner in the Grand Foyer featuring traditional Viennese delicacies: Sacherwürstel, Sachertorte & Viennese coffee by Julius Meinl
- Alternating waltzes, ballroom dances in the Atrium, and artistic performances in the Grand Foyer:
- Ina Feter (piano), Nadia Krasteva and Virginia Sirolli (mezzo-sopranos), Zsofia Pirok (flamenco dancer)
11:00 PM
- Midnight interlude featuring Nadia Krasteva, Virginia Sirolli, and Europaballett Sankt Pölten
- Traditional midnight quadrille led by Michael Kropf, followed by a musical journey with PianoConVoce

- Closing waltz: “Brüderlein Fein”
